We offer a range of home domiciliary care services, which are carefully tailored to meet client needs following a detailed needs assessment with input from the client and other people who are involved in their care.
We provide person-centred domiciliary care services to Service Users aged 18 to 65 and 65+ years, and within the following Service User Band:
Personal Care
Dementia
Mental Health Conditions
Sensory Impairments
Physical Disabilities
Physical Health Challenges (including end-of-life care)
Example Basic Tasks
Personal care, including assistance with getting up and putting to bed, personal hygiene, dressing, and assistance with feeding.
General tasks such as shopping, housework, running errands, and accompanied visits to doctors and appointments.
Preparing light snacks and meals.
Medication Administration and Management.
Companionship Services.
Exercise programmes under the instruction of a physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
Supporting Service users' re-enablement care plan.
Signposting and assistance with the personalisation agenda, “individual budgets” etc.
